Summary

I support small to midsize biotech companies with critical hires. What is a critical hire? It's a hire that will be of high impact to your goals and strategy. It can make or break the momentum of a team's ability to meet deadlines and hit milestones. While many critical hires are at the executive level, such as Vice Presidents and department heads, others are just as important at the functional level, including Directors and Managers who lead key work streams. With my submissions, each resume includes detailed write ups giving you a full understand of each individual's experience, accomplishments and career goals.
  • Consistent feedback - Candidates and client expectations can change through a job search. With constant moving parts, I'm frequently sharing feedback to ensure both you and the candidates are on the same page. No need to guess. At the offer stage, you and a candidate will be in line with expectations and requirements. 
  • Speed and accuracy - Searches must be conducted with both precision and urgency, a balance that’s especially critical for small biotech companies navigating tight timelines and milestone driven goals.
